Platform, Pump & Kitten Heels: Fit true to size, take your normal size. If you are between sizes, size up. Please note, for the closed toe kitten heel style, we advise sizing down a full size.
Slingback Flat Shoes: Some customers have sized up, as they prefer heel not close to edge. The strap is adjustable.
Flat Shoes: Fit true to size, take your normal size, if you are between sizes, size up.
Tassel Shoes: Fit true to size, take your normal size, if you are between sizes, size down.
Trainers: Fit true to size, take your normal size. If you are between sizes, size up. Please note, for the Classic Trainer, we recommend sizing up a full size.
Please Note: All feet are different, we do our best to recommend fit accurately but this may not always be the case.
Please try your shoes on carpet. If they are not right it is no problem to return them. See our returns policy here.
We pride ourselves on small, limited collections. Some core styles are restocked but not all.
There may be a return on your size so please sign up for notifications on the size on the product page. This will send you an automatic email notification if the size is restocked or returned. If your size is not listed anymore we do not plan to restock that style in the future.

The shoes and trainers are true to size, regular fit. The majority of styles are leather and so do have a little stretch to them to accommodate a wider fitting.

You know your feet best so we recommend trying them on. It is no problem to return them if you need to.
Our core sizes are 37-42.
We have previously extended some styles to size 36 or 43 but have not restocked due to limited demand for these sizes. We may revisit these sizes in the future, sign up to Nicki's newsletter to stay in the know.
If you are a size 36 the Classic Trainers come up small and would suggest trying a size 37.

Majority of Nicki Hoyne customers find our shoes very comfortable. However we would always recommend wearing them in at home for an evening or two first.
Some customers have worn them in at home with thick socks. And some customers have recommended using fleecy web for added comfort or if you have sensitive heels.
Nicki Hoyne uses high quality materials. To enjoy your Nicki Hoyne collection shoes and trainers for a long time, we recommend to take note of the following care information.
Our high quality products are the result of material research. Slight variations in prints, finishes, colours is normal for the natural suede, pony hair and leather we use.
Avoid contact with materials that may transfer their colour pigment onto your shoes.
Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use.
Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
Clean your shoes by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use any cleaning product.

SUEDE
Suede needs the appropriate protector to help guard against water marks and stains. Any reputable suede protector will work, we often use Crep Spray or Spray Doctor. Test it first on the most hidden part of the shoe.
Keep out of sunlight as this may cause discolouration.
Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
LEATHER
Leather is a natural material, it can age with time and use and needs to be cared for to maintain its optimum condition.
Clean the leather by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use any cleaning products and avoid scratching the leather, as this cannot be repaired.
GLITTER
The glitter texture may have some surface loss in wear. This is not a fault, it is natural wear and tear. Glitter cannot be re-applied.
We advise taking care not to rub against surfaces and against treating with any liquids containing alcohol as this may damage the finish.
PONY HAIR
To clean the hair, brush delicately in the direction of the hair to remove loose dirt. Then, using a damp cloth, gently rub the fur being sure to avoid excessive moisture.
Keep out of sunlight as this may cause discolouration.
TEXTILE
Cleaning advice will vary for different textiles, check the product page for further details.
Bridal Pearlescent Ivory styles, this material cannot be repaired if scratched or badly scuffed. To clean gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately.
CRYSTALS/STUDS
Please take care with your Moment and Bon Bon styles.
For Bon Bon, in some cases we can repair scratched studs by colour matching, but we cannot replace missing studs.
For Moment, in some cases we can replace missing crystals. We advise not to wear with any long lacey or delicate materials as they can catch on the crystal claws.

Nicki has redesigned the bestselling Bow Collection to include some beautiful bridal colours and textures, perfect for your special day. The Pump Heel & Platform are ideal for all day wear with the block heel, we advise wearing them in first. We may restock some of these styles.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to orders above €150/£120. All Resell & Rental orders incur a shipping fee.
Shipping to Ireland on orders under €150 & Resell/Rental is €7.95.
Shipping to the UK on orders under £120 & Resell/Rental is £4.95.
Shipping to the EU on orders under €150 is €10.
We dispatch using express shipping as standard.
Order before 11:30am and we will dispatch the same day. In Ireland or the UK you should receive your order within 24-48 hours.
Our daily cut off is 11.30am Monday to Friday. Orders placed before that time will dispatch that day. Orders placed after that time will dispatch the following day.
We ship to Ireland via DPD within 2 working days, with majority of orders arriving the next working day. You will receive your tracking number with you dispatch email.
We ship to the UK via DHL or Royal Mail with delivery within 2 working days. You will receive your tracking number with you dispatch email.
International Shipping is via courier. You will receive your tracking number with you dispatch email. International delivery can take 4-10 days depending on customs. Unfortunately items held in customs are outside of our control.

International orders and larger orders with multiple pairs will ship with couriers such as DPD, DHL or UPS.

Our warehouse is located in Northern Ireland. We can ship to Ireland, UK and EU with No Brexit Customs fees.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer Click & Collect, as we work with an external fulfilment warehouse in Northern Ireland. Items dispatch within 48 business hours.
Returns
It is absolutely no problem to return your item as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. Shoe soles must be UNSCUFFED. Please try them on carpet.
You can request a return via your account within 14 days of receipt of your order, please login here. Your return must include a Returns Form (stating your order number) in the box to ensure we process your refund promptly. Keep hold of your return tracking number until your return has been processed.

We can facilitate exchanges provided we have the new style/size in stock once we receive your return. We cannot reserve items for exchange in the system whilst we wait for a return.
Please leave a note when you request a return and the team will be in touch to confirm your exchange as we process your return. We will need to charge shipping again for exchange orders that do not meet the €150/£120 threshold.
In busy sale periods or if the new style/size is low in stock we would advise re-ordering to avoid disappointment and we will refund your original order once we receive it at the warehouse.
Returns from Ireland: We have negotiated new rates with DPD, and it now costs from €4.80 for a return. Compared to €13 via the post service. DPD return labels purchased through the return portal are valid at OOH Pods in Ireland.
Returns from UK: We suggest to use Royal Mail, costs start from £3.45 for a tracked service.
Returns International: Costs depend on location, courier and service you choose.
As customs were already paid on the item shipped to you. You should not incur any additional customs charges to return your item to us. It is important to note on the customs documents. "RETURN - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" this will avoid items being held in customs and customs charges being applied.
Please ensure you clearly state this as we can not incur your customs fees and may not be notified the item is held.
Yes, this falls within our returns policy. Items must be returned unworn (shoe soles must be UNSCUFFED, please try them on carpet) & in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We do not accept returns on Resell items.

Gift Cards - Yes, Gift Cards can be used multiple times as long as there is a balance left on the card. Multiple Gift Cards can be redeemed against a single order.
Discount Codes - No, only one Discount Code is valid per order.
Some codes are only valid on certain collections. Most of our discount codes are not valid on sale or resell items.
You can only use one discount code per order. Please check there are no asterisk or extra spaces when entering the discount code.

ReSELL is only available in UK and Ireland at this time. You will only be able to view items available in your location.

Here is how the resell process works through the Nicki Hoyne ReLOVE platform:
Submit Your Items - Please email relove@nickihoyne.com with your original order number and images of the shoes, trainers or bag you would like to sell. A plain/white background and bright lighting will help sell your shoes quicker.
Quote & Listing - The Nicki Hoyne team will assess your images and send you a quote for what we think we can sell your item/s for. Once you confirm you would like to go ahead we will edit and resize the images and list them for sale on our ReSELL platform on your behalf.
Selling - When your item/s sell, we’ll take care of the customer service and organise DPD or Royal Mail shipping. You will need to pack up the shoes and they will be collected from you.
Payout - After the buyer receives and confirms that they are as expected (no returns unless faulty, not per the description), we will pay you 50% of the quoted price by bank transfer (covers the shipping, our admin costs and the VAT) or you can opt for 100% of the quoted price in Nicki Hoyne store credit.

Rentals are available for select Nicki Hoyne pieces for a fixed time period.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with fair wear allowed.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
Significant damage, loss, or failure to return an item may result in full replacement charges.

Today, vegan leather is predominantly made of Polyurethane. Polyurethane is plastic (poly). I wanted to create products that are as environmentally friendly as possible. For me, leather that is responsibly produced, durable and biodegrades if disposed of, is a better choice than a plastic material.
New technologies are advancing quickly. There are developments being made in more sustainable types of vegan leathers like mushroom and pineapple. When a vegan leather that aligns to my beliefs becomes available to us, we will be very excited to add vegan leather to our collection.
