Position Overview: As Brand Coordinator at Nicki Hoyne, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of the brand strategy to achieve the business goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Implement Brand Strategy:
  • Work closely with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and own the implementation of the brand.
  • Execute brand plans to promote new product launches, seasonal collections, and brand activities.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Community Management
  • Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, and others.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to enhance the brand's online presence.
  • Coordinate external advertising agency activities.
  1. Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with Nicki to develop compelling visual and written content for marketing campaigns.
  • Create product descriptions, and other content to showcase the brand's unique features and values.
  • Coordinate photoshoots.
  • Manage Shopify content.
  1. PR & Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate PR agency activities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including product launches, pop-up shops, and collaborations.
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports to the team.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and enhance ROI.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of delivering on targets in marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury goods industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends.
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
