ReLOVE Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ReLOVE, the circular fashion service from Nicki Hoyne. By using our resale, repair, or rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General

ReLOVE is a platform operated by Nicki Hoyne for resale, repair, and rental of Nicki Hoyne products. These terms apply to all users of the ReLOVE services and may be updated at any time.

2. Resale

Only authentic Nicki Hoyne products are eligible for resale on ReLOVE.

Items must be in good condition, with fair wear considered.

We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet our quality or authenticity standards.

Resale items may be listed for a fixed or agreed price. Once sold, sellers will be paid via the agreed method (e.g., store credit, bank transfer).

ReLOVE may take a commission on each sale, disclosed in advance.

3. Repair

Repairs are available for genuine Nicki Hoyne shoes only.
We work with our trusted factory partners and expert cobblers to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Customers must submit a request form, including images and a description of the repair needed.
A quote and timeframe will be provided before work begins.
Repairs may alter the appearance slightly but will be completed to the highest standard possible.

4. Rental

Rentals are available for select Nicki Hoyne pieces for a fixed time period.
Items must be returned in the condition received, with fair wear allowed.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
Significant damage, loss, or failure to return an item may result in full replacement charges.

5. Liability

Nicki Hoyne is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
While every effort is made to ensure repairs and rentals meet our high standards, normal wear and slight variations may occur.
All ReLOVE services are provided “as is” without warranties unless required by law.

6. Returns & Refunds

Resale items are final sale and not eligible for returns unless faulty.
Repairs are non-refundable once the work has been completed.
Rental fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped.

7. Customer Responsibility

By using ReLOVE, you confirm that all items sent are your property or that you have the right to resell, repair, or rent them.
You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before using the service.
