As we learn more about the impact the fashion industry has on the planet, brands must play an active role in creating better solutions. Our goal is to contribute to positive change by championing thoughtful design, responsible sourcing and long lasting products.
We are committed to continuously improving our practices. This means asking questions, challenging how things are done and always searching for better ways to reduce our impact.
Our shoes are made in Spain and Portugal by specialist footwear makers using high quality Italian and Spanish leathers.
We source materials as close as possible to our factories and prioritise suppliers who share our standards.
Our production partners are certified by the Leather Working Group and our materials meet recognised standards including Global Recycled Standard and REACH compliance.
Collections are designed for longevity. With proper care your Nicki Hoyne shoes are made to be worn and enjoyed for many years.

Our suppliers are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG) and our materials meet recognised standards, including Global Recycled Standard and REACH compliance. In February 2026, we became the first Irish footwear brand to achieve Certified B Corporation™ status, with a B Impact Score of 92.6, well above the 80-point certification threshold.
As we learn more about the impact the fashion industry has on the planet, we believe brands have to play an active role in doing better. We source materials as close to our factories as possible and prioritise suppliers who share our standards. We review our practices annually and publish the results in our Impact Report.
We design for longevity. With proper care, your Nicki Hoyne shoes are made to be worn and enjoyed for many years and through RePAIR, our resoling and repair service, we can help extend that life further.
What is B Corp?
Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. The certification process evaluates a company’s entire operation measuring impact across five key areas: governance, workers, community, environment and customers.
Nicki Hoyne achieved a B Impact Score of 92.6, significantly above the 80-point threshold required for certification and well above the average score of businesses that complete the assessment. We are proud to be the first Irish footwear brand to become a Certified B Corporation, reflecting the values that have guided us since the start.
We are proud to be part of a global community of businesses working to use business as a force for good.
ReLOVE is our in-house circular fashion hub for resale, repair, and rental of our collections.
It extends our ethos beyond the first purchase, keeping shoes in circulation, out of landfill, and loved for longer.
Every pair of Seconds (slightly flawed stock, not suitable for general sale) and samples are resold through ReSELL rather than discarded, so they can find a forever home.
