Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed.
All Orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email/text to confirm dispatch with your tracking number.
Any items purchased with a pre-order item will not dispatch until the pre-order dispatch date.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all custom & duty charges.
If you wish to cancel your order please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancelation or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated below.
No Return on Archived Items.
Returns are only valid when we are notified and the item is returned within 28 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unworn and repacked in their original packaging. Shoe Soles must show no sign of wear, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Please email us email@example.com to request a returns form and returns number (RMA). The form provides instructions for return and must be included in the box to ensure we correctly process and refund your order. NB: The return address may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.
Not including the returns form may result in delays or errors in your return.
Any gift with purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.
You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.
The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 10 day of our receiving them.
Unfortunately we cannot facilitate exchanges. You would need to return your item and reorder the preferred item.

On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us. Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 28-day returns policy.
Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unworn and repacked in the original packaging.
