Care Instructions
Nicki Hoyne uses high quality materials. To enjoy your Nicki Hoyne collection shoes for a long time, we recommend the following care:
- Slight variations in prints and hair is normal for the natural pony hair leather we use.
- To clean the hair, brush delicately in the direction of the hair to remove loose dirt. Then, using a damp cloth, gently rub the fur in the direction of the hair, being sure to avoid excessive moisture.
- Suede needs the appropriate protector to help guard against water marks and stains.
- Dark or bright coloured suede may transfer, kindly refrain from contact with light colour surfaces. We advise using suede protector, or colour stop spray.
- Always store your trainers in the box provided when not in use.
- Trainers should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
- Keep out of direct sunlight as this may cause discolouration.

Returns are only valid when the returns are logged in your account and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
