Care Instructions:
Nicki Hoyne uses high quality Leather. To enjoy your Nicki Hoyne collection shoes for a long time, we recommend to take note of the following care information.
- Slight variations in leathers is normal for the natural leather we use.
- Avoid contact with materials that may transfer their colour pigment onto your shoes.
- Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use.
- Leather is a natural material, it can age with time and use and needs to be cared for to maintain its optimum condition.
- Naturally tanned leathers may with use and exposure to light alter in colour. This is not a fault and is seen as the natural aging of this beautiful material.
- Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
- Clean your shoes by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use any cleaning products and avoid scratching the leather as this cannot be repaired.
- Suede needs the appropriate protector to help guard against water marks and stains.
- Keep out of direct sunlight as this may cause discolouration.
SHIPPING
Our daily cut off is 11.30am Monday to Friday. Orders placed before that time will dispatch that day. Orders placed after that time will dispatch the following day.
Orders dispatch within 48 business hours.
Ireland: 1-2 business days via DPD
UK: 1-2 business days via Royal Mail or DHL
Europe: 3-5 business days via Tracked Courier
Rest Of World: 3-5 business days via Tracked Courier (Custom charges may apply)
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any amends to your order once your order has been placed.
All Orders are shipped via courier. You will receive an email to confirm dispatch with your tracking number.
Any items purchased with a pre-order item will not dispatch until the pre-order dispatch date.
We are pleased to offer UPS Express shipping to the United States (updated September 2025, correct at time of writing and subject to changes).
- All orders are shipped to the US on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis.
- This means that the price you see at checkout is inclusive of customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. You should not be asked to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
- We work with UPS to provide fast and reliable express delivery from our warehouse in Northern Ireland. Typical delivery times to the U.S. are 5-7 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
RETURNS
For the festive season, we’ve extended our returns period to make gift shopping easier. Any purchases made between 1st November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned or exchanged until 9th January 2026. All other standard return terms and conditions apply.
You can request your return via your customer account. Pleaselog in here with the email address you used to place your order. Returns are only valid when the returns are logged in your account and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unworn and repacked in their original packaging. Shoe Soles must NOT BE SCUFFED.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a returns form and instructions to return the item. Approvals are processed Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Returns Form must be included in the box and must include your ORDER NUMBER. The form provides instructions to ensure we correctly process your return.
Not including the returns form may result in delays, errors in your return or our inability to process the return.
The goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your delivery service to cover this.
You are responsible for all costs of returning items to us. You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us.
The return address may not be the same address from which the goods were sent.
For International Returns please note "RETURNS, NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" for customs declaration.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to, returned goods will be credited within 14 days of our warehouse receiving them.
Any gift with purchase must also be returned in its original packaging. If the gift is not returned the value will be deducted from the refund.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
On the rare occasion that delivery is unsuccessful and the goods are returned to us. Redelivery of a returned order will take place following payment of the return costs and new delivery costs.
DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our warehouse
If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to hello@nickihoyne.com.
After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy.
Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unworn and repacked in the original packaging.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order please respond to your confirmation email requesting cancellation or email us at hello@nickihoyne.com quoting your order number.
If your order has not dispatched we will cancel your order and issue a refund. If your item has dispatched it will then fall under our returns policy as stated below.
