Nicki Hoyne uses high quality materials. To enjoy your Nicki Hoyne collection shoes for a long time, we recommend the following care:
- Use a suede protector to help guard against water marks and stains.
- Use a suede brush to gently buff out any marks, be very careful of the delicate crystals on the suede surface.
- Avoid contact with materials that may transfer their colour pigment onto your shoes.
- Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use.
- Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
- Keep out of direct sunlight as this may cause discolouration.

Returns are only valid when the returns are logged in your account and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
