Nicki Hoyne uses high quality materials. To enjoy your Nicki Hoyne collection shoes for a long time, we recommend the following care:
- Leather is a natural material, it can age with time and use and needs to be cared for to maintain its optimum condition.
- Clean the leather by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use any cleaning products and avoid scratching the leather as this cannot be repaired.
- Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use.
- Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.
- Keep out of direct sunlight as this may cause discolouration.

FREE SHIPPING on all Ireland, UK & EU orders (excluding ReLOVE).
Order by 11.30am Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after that time will dispatch the following business day.

Returns are only valid when the returns are logged in your account and the item is returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned unworn and repacked in their original packaging. Shoe Soles must NOT BE SCUFFED. NO Returns on ReSELL items.
