Special Order Terms & Conditions

What is a Special Order?

• Made-to-Order: Only shoes that are pre-ordered by customers will be produced
• Order Window: 14th August - 31st August 2026
• Payment Terms: Full payment required at time of order (non-refundable unless faulty)

Delivery Timeline

• Estimated Delivery: 10-12 weeks from 1st September. Estimated delivery to you mid-late November 2026. 
• Shipping Method: Standard tracked shipping.

Size Range

• Available Sizes: e.g. EU 36–42
• Size Guidance: Regular Fit, Size up if between sizes. 

Minimum Quantities

• This is a limited re-release / archive edition. If minimums aren’t met in any size, customers will be refunded for that item.

Returns & Exchanges

• As these are made-to-order: Only exchange or store credit unless faulty.
