Platform, Pump & Kitten Heels: Fit true to size, take your normal size, if you are between sizes, size up. Please note, for the NEW closed toe kitten heel style, we advise sizing down a full size.

Slingback Flat Shoes: Fit true to size, take your normal size. Some customers have sized up, the strap is adjustable.

Flat Bow Shoes: Fit true to size, take your normal size, if you are between sizes, size up.

Tassel Shoes: Fit true to size, take your normal size, if you are between sizes, size down.

Please Note: All feet are different, we do our best to recommend fit accurately but this may not always be the case.

We currently have an instore pop-up at FABIANI at 19-20 Main Street, Longford. The shop is open 10am-6pm, and the pop-up runs from 10th to 31st October.

The shoes and trainers are true to size, regular fit. They are all leather and so do have a little stretch to them to accommodate a wider fitting.

You know your feet best so we recommend trying them on. It is no problem to return them if you need to.

We pride ourselves on small, limited collections. Some core styles are restocked but not all.

There may be a return on your size so please sign up for notifications on the size on the product page.

Our products are the result of research. Slight variations in leathers is normal for the natural leather we use.

• Avoid contact with materials that may transfer their colour pigment onto your shoes. 
• Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use. 
• Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat. 
• Clean your shoes by gently wiping with a soft damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use any cleaning product.

SUEDE

• Suede needs the appropriate protector to help guard against water marks and stains.
• Avoid contact with materials that may transfer their colour pigment onto your shoes.
• Always store your shoes in the box provided when not in use.
• Keep out of sunlight as this may cause discolouration.
• Shoes should be stored away from humidity and sources of heat.

GLITTER

• The glitter texture may have some surface loss in wear. This is not a fault, it is natural wear and tear. Glitter cannot be re-applied.
• We advise taking care not to rub against surfaces and against treating with any liquids containing alcohol as this may damage the finish. 
  

PONY HAIR

• To clean the hair, brush delicately in the direction of the hair to remove loose dirt. Then, using a damp cloth, gently rub the fur being sure to avoid excessive moisture.
• Keep out of sunlight as this may cause discolouration.

• Protect your leather goods from rain and moisture.
• Store your products in the Nicki Hoyne dust bag provided.
• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
• If needed, dust your bag with a soft dry cloth.
• Do not leave your bag on the floor or on a wet surface.
• Let water spills dry naturally. High-heat measures like using a hairdryer will only cause the skin to crinkle.
• Hair on versions of the bags are made using the softest, most luxe hair on leather.

Colour variations and differing hair direction is a natural feature therefore each is completely unique. Over time the hair may become shorter in areas that receive repeated friction. This is a natural progression of the hide and should not be considered an imperfection.

Christmas Closing: Any Orders placed after 11.30am Friday 20th December will be dispatched from 2nd January 2024.

Our Daily cut off is 11.30am Monday to Friday. Orders placed before that time will dispatch that day. Orders placed after that time will dispatch the following day.

We Ship to Ireland via An Post within 2 working days. You will receive your tracking number with you dispatch email.

We ship to the UK via Royal Mail with delivery within 2 working days. You will recieve your tracking number with you dispatch email.

International Shipping is via courier. You will receive your tracking number with you dispatch email. International delivery can take 4-10 days depending on customs. Unfortunately items held in customs are outside of our control.

Yes, we ship all over the world from Northern Ireland. Shipping costs differ by country and will be added at checkout.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer Click & Collect. We offer Free UK, Ireland & EU Shipping. Items dispatch within 48 business hours.

If your item has not dispatched it is no problem to change your mind, please contact us to cancel your order.

Any item purchased from 11th November to 24th December can be returned up to Friday 10th January 2024. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our normal returns policy will apply. 

It is absolutely no problem to return your item as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging. Shoe soles must be UNSCUFFED. Please try them on carpet.

You can request a return via your account. Your return must include a Returns Form (stating your order number) in the box to ensure we process your refund promptly.

Once received to our warehouse your return will be processed and refunded within 14 days.

As customs were already paid on the item shipped to you. You should not incur any additional customs charges to return your item to us. It is important to note on the customs documents. "RETURN - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" this will avoid items being held in customs and customs charges being applied.

Please ensure you clearly state this as we can not incur your customs fees and may not be notified the item is held.
